Our Clinicians
Jillian Breuninger, MA, LPC
(She/Her)
How I can help:
As a client-focused therapist you steer the ship. I will be an empathic sound board for you to vent and process your thoughts, feelings and interpersonal struggles. I often hear words like “hopeless”, “insecure”, “restless”, and “stressed”. In response to these words, I will utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you challenge, refocus and reframe your negative and anxious thoughts. Negative thoughts lead to negative feelings, which then impact your physiological self and relationships, creating a vicious cycle. CBT will give you the tools to help shift your thinking and create a more positive outlook. By incorporating mindfulness and meditation strategies you will learn to cope and calm yourself in stressful, triggering situations. My goal is to create a warm, trusting environment for you to feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. I look forward to guiding and supporting you throughout this journey.

Monica DiLaurenzo, MA, LPC
(She/Her)
How I can help:
I believe that you are already capable of change, and I guide you to step into it. Much of my experience is with treating anxious individuals who struggle with worry, self-doubt, and "analysis paralysis". I can help you recognize how anxiety is interfering with your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being by challenging unhelpful beliefs and choosing a new way. I work with individuals who are struggling to adjust to new life circumstances or challenges and help them take the necessary steps to find relief. I am especially passionate about working with the highly sensitive person. I love helping people who feel blocked from experiencing fulfilling and satisfying relationships. With expertise in attachment theory, I can help you adopt new beliefs about yourself and release old narratives that hold you back from experiencing healthy relationships. I also specialize in relational issues and helping couples recognize the "stuck points" in their communication patterns and ways of relating to each other and replace them with vulnerability, closeness, and connection.
