Do you accept insurance ?

 

We do not take insurance. We are considered "out of network" with your insurance provider. All of our services are direct pay.

 

Since your therapist is out of network with your insurance company, we can provide you with a super-bill receipt (or invoice) for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Call your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network reimbursement eligibility.

How long are therapy

sessions?

Intake/diagnostic evaluation:1 hour.

Individual therapy sessions: 45 minutes

Couples and family sessions:50-55min.

What can I expect for a 15-min phone consult?

Together, you and your therapist will discuss your clinical needs, availability, preferences for therapy, pricing, and your therapist's background to ensure that our services are a good fit for you! We will also talk about how the therapy process works - from the initial intake, to choosing the appropriate frequency and evaluating progress.

Are therapy sessions in person or online?

Currently, we offer all online / teletherapy, which makes it more convenient for you to schedule in your much needed self-care time amidst your busy life! We utilize a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for video sessions and encourage clients to ensure they have a private place to chat.
